The authors analyze prerequisites for crucial structural and economic changes in Ukraine resulting in the situation when employers will compete for highly qualified university graduates motivating them by grants and scholarships, new bases for practical training, providing innovative medium for realization of promising ideas. The demand of Ukrainian society brings about the necessity to develop an up to date educational system.
