Population providing by the high-quality transportation services is one of the main strategic objectives of urban transportation companies at the present stage. It is necessary to ensure the implementation and functioning the quality managing system at enterprises as the effective tool for quality increase. The quality level should correspond to the international standards. Therefore it was presented information about the condition and prospects of the passenger transport development in Dnipropetrovsk.
