The mathematical model of the communication process and methods of diagnostics data transfer of SCADA for mission critical applications was developed. A mathematical model is based on generation of the state graph in real time, limited by time constraints and conditions forced the completion of communication sessions. This method for automatic diagnostic transfer data from remote terminal units of SCADA with leased channels communication in the limits restriction of bandwidth may be useful.
