The papern presents research results of organizational and methodical maintenance of a control system development of the industrial enterprises as key factors of influence on the results of their current activity and achievement of strategic targets. The defining role of administrative maintenance and administrative influence compound development of the enterprises is shown. The methodical approach to the definition of development priorities of the control systems and constructions of their models is offered. The structural and logic, and the substantial models of a control system development are designed; and the measures of the strategic plan of its maintenance and realization are defined.
