The condition and prospects of foreign trade activities of the enterprises of the Dnepropetrovsk region is considered, the analysis of foreign trade activities of Open Society «DLFZ», is carried out, law of influence of factors of the external economic environment on enterprise activity, and also reserves of increase the efficiency of activity of the enterprise is opened. Developed suggestions in relation to directions of increase the efficiency of activity of enterprise and development of industrial infrastructure, on the basis of bringing in the foreign capital investments.
