Annotation:

A new approach to organization of a GIS simulation model of a city traffic taking into account typical features and characteristics of the attraction centres are suggested. The algorithms of identification of models for each attraction centre and algorithms taking into account regularity of traffic at crossings (straight, turns left, right) are suggested. The model built by this approach will allow to predict and estimate additional transportation load that arises through the creation, renovation or closing the population attraction centres (supermarkets, schools, factories, etc.).
