The problem of degradation of soils and decline of soil fertility under the influence of technogenesis is considered in the article. The review of methods of soil substratums reception from natural and synthetic materials is done. Technologies of land-reclamation and protection of soils with the use of different industrial wastes are considered, as well as methods of soil substratums reception from industrial wastes. The perspectives of further researches in this field are defined.
