Annotation:
The article presents an approach for identifying value drivers of the company, the principles and consistency. Factor model is built based on the value added measure of economic profit. A scheme of the value chain forming is considered. Different strategies of maximization of return on investment are analyzed, depending on the stage of the life cycle of the company. It is found out that the process of determining of cost factors consists of three stages: recognition, prioritization, institutionalization.
