Annotation:

The paper reviews the use of pulsed drilling technology to improve the rock destruction process efficiency, to reduce costs and minimize energy intensity during wells driving. Authors consider possibility of use of pulsed drilling technology with rock destruction tool of variable speed. The setpoint pulse speed in the system controlling the drive of the drilling machine is designed. The test of the developed pulse setpoint rotation with thyristor converter DC is completed.
