About the mechanism of rocks destruction

Annotation:

Application of statistical and thermodynamical approach for study of rocks destruction mechanism is described. The staging of process of destruction of rocks is considered and conclusion about the sensitiveness of direction of evolution of their structure to the initial conditions is drawn. The idea that rocks is an environment consisting of large number of separate structural elements was the basis of consideration. An equation of evolution of microcrack type defects was worked out. It can be used for description of the different stages of rock destruction.
