Abstract:



Мета.
Аналіз впливу соціальних медіа на ставлення викладачів до цього медіа, на їхні знання та, зрештою, на сталу освіту в цілому.


Методика.
Вважається, що теорія обґрунтованих дій забезпечує теоретичне підґрунтя. Дана теорія та існуюча наукова література стали основою даної роботи. Ми використали метод стратифікованої випадкової вибірки для отримання й аналізу кількісних даних, використовуючи 451 дійсну відповідь від викладачів університету. Ми використали PLS-SEM як техніку багатовимірного аналізу.


Результати.
Результати показують, що використання соціальних мереж позитивно впливає на ставлення викладачів до соціальних мереж, що, у свою чергу, покращує їхні знання. Крім того, як ставлення педагогів до соціальних медіа, так і їхні знання роблять позитивний внесок у сталу освіту.


Наукова новизна.
Наше дослідження виявило, що розвиток знань викладачів і стабільність освіти підтримуються соціальними медіа, які сприяють позитивному ставленню до медіа.


Практична значимість.
Результати дослідження мають як академічні, так і практичні наслідки, що служать основою для просування сталої освіти.
