It is specified the well known dependence of pull of ideal filament of Euler along the line of contact with the immobile block when sliding under the action of the forces enclosed to its ends. The dependence in particular takes into account the picture of frictions of Coulomb, which dominates in science since its introduction in 1779. Received dependence contributes to the improvement of the theory of friction of flexible bodies, the theory and practice of a freight hauling with a flexible hauling organ.
