There were completed mineralogical and petrographical researches of the imported raw materials of stone tools used in mining and metallurgy of the Bronze Age on the territory of modern Donbass. It was established, that the stone tools were brought from the territory of the Ukrainian shield, namely Transdnepria and Transazovia. The talc rocks were supplied especially from the one deposit as a raw material for molds, the other tools were brought to the ancient manufacturing by accident as a consequence of the existence of exchange relations with these regions.
