The principles of insulation parameters indirect discrete control on the basis of the artificial neutral displacement and continuous selective control based on imposition of bi-frequency operational signals in the distributive networks 6–10 kV are expounded. The main ways of resistance and reactance management, and insulation quality factor of networks in emergency mode are shown.
