On the basis of theoretical research of methods for thermal calculations and analysis of thermodynamics transients in the mining sites complicated by the action, different sources and flows of heat and moisture, the new ground for calculating the coefficient of non-stationary heat exchangebetween a mountain range and vent stream has been presented. It has been exposed, that the coefficient of nonstationary heat exchange does not depend on numbers Biot > 5 and determined only by the criterion of Fourier.
