East European regional vector of Ukrainian customs transformation

Annotation:

Prerequisites for the development of institutional ensuring of foreign trade in CIS’s and GUAM’s format in the scope of customs affair organization are considered. Discrepant aspects of unified international standards implementation to national systems of customs affair organization are determined. Factors, that complicate the implementation of regional institutions recommendations for Ukraine in context its membership in WTO and European integration perspective, are detected.
