Annotation:
Functioning of the energy complex is characterized by an imbalance of generation and load structure capacity, obsolescence and imperfection of equipment, including in the control loop. All of these reduce its effectiveness. To achieve the required level of reliability and efficiency of work in such conditions it is suggested to use modern devices of monitoring, estimation of state and mode optimization using information technologies.
