Annotation:
State of the economy makes it appropriate to decentralize consumer's power supply at the expense of own energy sources. Power from two sources, greatly complicates the work of managers. This determines the reasonability of use of computer technology in development and decision-making. In this case there is a need for a clear separation of actions of automation relay protection and a dispatcher. The technique of such a distinction depending on the power-supply system state and the stability of the load centers is described.
