Annotation:

State and orientation of individual elements of the internal environment and the functional areas of mining and processing plant is analyzed. Factors Economic Security mining plant within the corporate are identified and grouped by the method of SWOT. Classification signs of the factors of economic security to corporate enterprises and the principles are proposed. The feasibility of further development of theoretical foundations of category of ‘economic security’ is substantiated.
