The article examines designing of the competences of specialists studying course „Programming Engineering“, intended for realization of aims of Bologna declaration at institutional level. Correlation of the competences and approaches of the credit-module system lets us set intercommunication with such aspects of educational process construction, as multilevel and nonlinear development of teaching process. Forming of the educational programs with a glance of individual educational trajectory of specialist, fixing of teaching results by means of accumulative and transferable credit units.
