The tasks of project management in innovations sphere on domestic enterprises have been marked. Variety of charts of introduction of innovations has been analyzed and the features of their influence on the increase of life cycle of mining enterprise has been established. For creation of the mathematical model of the innovation introduction process frame on mining enterprises with the purpose of optimization of its financial possibilities and technical level the coefficient of expense ponderability of innovation has been offered.
