Abstract:

Purpose. To develop classification of specific factors of the internal environment of coal enterprises at the stage of strategic planning of their development.

Methodology. Te research has been carried out by means of the system and logic analysis of influence of natural industry factors of the internal environment of the coal enterprise on the process of strategic planning of its development.

Findings. We have substantiated the necessity of taking into account the industrial specifics of functioning of enterprise in the strategic development planning process and consideration of the specific conditions of the coal companies. We have improved the conceptual apparatus of the factor analysis of the internal environment of coal enterprises and conducted systematization and developed classification of factors the internal environment of coal-producing enterprise influencing the strategic planning process of its development.

Originality. The necessity of development and improvement of tools and methods of coal-producing enterprises strategic development planning in accordance with their specific characteristics has been proved. The classification of specific factors of internal environment of coal-producing enterprises influencing the strategic development planning process has been made.

Practical value. The results can be used in planning of future development of coal mines and formulation of their development strategy.
