The problem of workers' respiratory organs defense from aerosols is considered. It is certain that for the effective defense it is necessary to use porous filtering materials meeting standards which don’t influence the workers' capacity for work. The presence of electric forces on the surface of filtering material makes it possible. It has been investigated the charging process of filtering material and described methods of researches realization. Basic dependences of filtering material charge are ascertained according to the parameters of an environment and the charging process.
