It has been considered the problem of safe use of slurry explosive with solid propellant utilization products in terms of factor analysis regarding compliance of safe criteria and properties of explosives. Necessity of parameters criterion analysis of processing and operating effects on emulsion explosives safety and efficiency during blasting has been pointed out.
